Chinese stocks continue their gains at the end of the week

BEIJING, 17 MAY/WAM/ The performance of Chinese stock indices rose at the end of the last trading sessions of the week.

The Hang Seng Index on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange rose by 0.91%, equivalent to 177.08 points, to reach the level of 19,553.61 points.

The SSI Composite Index on the Shanghai Stock Exchange increased by 1.01%, or 31.63 points, to reach 3,154.03 points.
