The second community sports exhibition kicks off in mid-May in Dubai
Dubai, May 10 / WAM / The General Sports Authority, in cooperation with the Emirates Sports for All Federation, is organizing the community sports exhibition, on May 15 and 16, at its headquarters in Dubai.
Which aims to promote community sports, spread sports culture, and encourage physical activity among various sectors of society so that sports become a way of life, in line with the visions and aspirations of our wise leadership and the directions of the National Sports Strategy 2031.
In the presence of His Excellency Ghanem bin Mubarak Al Hajri, Director General of the General Sports Authority, with the aim of promoting community sports, spreading sports culture and encouraging physical activity among various circles.
For the second year in a row
The exhibition – which is attended by His Excellency Ghanem bin Mubarak Al Hajri, Director General of the General Sports Authority – reflects the authority’s strategy of motivating and empowering segments of society to practice sports by providing various opportunities to participate in activities and promoting the importance of following a healthy lifestyle.
The exhibition will include multiple activities held in a number of pavilions, including awareness presentations, various sports competitions, and sports performances with the aim of enhancing community communication and positive interaction in a way that meets the interests of all visitors. The exhibition opens its doors for visits to various members of society, who will have the opportunity to benefit from health advice and sports guidance from Specialized experts.
This year’s edition of the Community Sports Exhibition is a distinctive event that brings together society and the passion for sports, with the participation of a large number of government agencies and private sector institutions, with the number of participating entities reaching 24, including sports federations and companies, with the aim of enhancing sports and health awareness in society.
