Manchester qualifies for the Champions League quarter-finals after drawing with Atlético
Atletico Madrid and Manchester City tied in the second leg of the Champions League quarter-final.
The meeting, which was held in Madrid, ended in a goalless draw. In the 90 + 1 minute of the match, the Madrid player, Felipe, received a second yellow card and was sent off.
The first match of the two teams ended with a small victory for the English club (1: 0). This result allowed Pep Guardiola’s wings to reach the next round of the Champions League.
Earlier, UEFA issued a disciplinary sanction against Atlético Madrid after the first match of the 1/4 final of the UEFA Champions League against Manchester City, where they publicly showed their fans the Nazi salute.
