15-year-old Ukrainian accuses Syrian refugee of raping her
A 19-year-old migrant from Syria has been released, suspected of raping a 15-year-old Ukrainian refugee.
It is reported that the accident occurred last week in the city of Vier in Austria. According to the complainant’s introduction, the Syrian took her to a remote railway station, where he forced her to have sex – the girl was drunk.
The Kurier newspaper wrote that Ukrainian girl B had injuries to the neck and extremities. The day after the accident, the teenage girl told her brother everything, after which the family turned to law enforcement agencies.
At first, the suspect was arrested, but later the measure of restraint for the Syrian was canceled, because the investigation had no evidence of his guilt. The medical examination of Ukrainian women will only take place next week.
At the same time, the city authorities are studying the possibility of deporting a Syrian refugee.
