Urgent| Ali Maaloul’s replacement… Marcel Kohler’s biggest crisis

The journalist Ahmed Schubert revealed that the search for an alternative to “Ali Maaloul”, the left back of Al-Ahly club, is the biggest crisis that occupies the mind of Swiss Marcel Kohler, the coach of the first football team of Al-Ahly club, during the current period.

The former Red Castle star said during his program “With Schubert” Broadcast on On Sports FM, Kohler is working to find a replacement for Ali Maaloul, fearing that he will suffer from stress as a result of the pressure of big matches that the team is experiencing during the current period.

He continued. “Al-Ahly recently has a busy schedule of matches in the league championship, given its preoccupation with the Champions League, with the reality of playing a match every three days and then the African final matches, and it is not reasonable for it to rely solely on Ali Maaloul as a left back during all those matches.”

He continued: “There are many positions that can depend on the player throughout the matches, including the goalkeeper position, but the left-back position is difficult to rely on only one player mainly, as the full-back The left is a position that requires constant effort.

Regarding the alternative that Al-Ahly has for Ali Maaloul, he said: “Al-Ahly only has Karim Al-Dabis in the left-back position, and the player showed up with a good performance.” During the opportunities he was given, but it can be said that Koller is not convinced of Karim Al-Debis’s abilities, which is causing a real crisis for Koller in light of the failure to provide another left-back as an alternative to Ali Maaloul.

He continued: “Al-Ahly in this version of the Premier League championship does not have the luxury of losing points, in light of the performance shown by the Pyramids team and its great chances of winning the current version of the league championship, which is one of the easiest versions ever.”

Regarding Kohler’s decision to rely on the Tunisian star during the league matches or to give him rest until the African finals, Schubert said: “We cannot decide the matter, but I think he will resort to a rotation policy to give rest to Ali Maaloul.”< /p>
