Portuguese Mourinho receives an offer to coach the Canadian national team

Maxifoot website stated: The Frenchman said on Saturday that officials of the Canadian national football team had made an offer to Portuguese coaching legend Jose Mourinho (61 years old) to take over as coach of the national team.

"Maxi Foot" added, Mourinho, who left as coach of the Italian team Roma last January, rejected this offer.

The Italian club Roma had terminated its contract with Mourinho last January, after spending nearly two and a half years with him, during which he won a league title. Conferences in 2022, and reaching the final of the European League (Europa League) last season.
