Dubai, May 15 / WAM / The Ministry of Community Development has completed the design and development of 4 services that are in line with the “Government Services Development Guide 2.0”, which are services for people of determination, including “requesting the issuance of a people of determination card, proactive renewal, and issuing a replacement for a lost or damaged one,” in addition to To the “Marriage Grant Disbursement” service in order to enhance its vision to develop government work in line with the strategic directions of the UAE government based on providing advanced digital services and delivering them to customers from all societal groups with ease and ease.
The Ministry explained in a statement today that it has completed the development of the “Request to Issue a People of Determination Card” service by adding two services: proactive renewal of the card and issuing a replacement for a lost or damaged card so that it is considered an “integrated package,” noting that the procedures for developing the service requirements included reducing the number of documents by linking with… The digital ID and the relevant authorities will now only be required to submit a “personal photo and medical report,” in addition to reducing the number of days to obtain the card from 10 working days to only 5.
