US stock market indices closed higher

US stock markets closed higher today, Friday.

 

 

The Dow Jones index rose The industrial index rose by 1.2%, or the equivalent of 450 points, to 38,675 points.

 

 

The S&P 500 index rose By 1.25% or 63 points to 5127 points. The Nasdaq index also rose. By about 2%, or the equivalent of 315 points to 16,156 points.
