53 hot air balloon flights in Luxor after the weather conditions improved
Today, Monday, flying balloon flights resumed their flights in the skies of Luxor, and 53 flights departed normally from the airport grounds, after they were canceled by the airport authorities due to bad weather conditions and strong winds.
And I said: About 1,500 tourists from around the world are on board, under the supervision of navigator Zakaria Abdel Azim, the ground manager of the balloon airport on the western mainland of the governorate.
The airport ground manager explained that the navigation company of EgyptAir has approved flying balloon flights in the governorate’s skies today. After canceling it the previous period, he pointed out that the balloon pilots launched more than one weather test balloon, and it turned out that the weather and wind movement were very good and suitable for take-off, and immediately the company issued a decision to launch flights in the sky normally.
