The Israeli occupation army arrests 26 Palestinians in the West Bank

The Israeli occupation forces arrested at least 26 Palestinians from various parts of the West Bank, including former prisoners. 

 

The Prisoners’ Club and the Prisoners’ and Ex-Prisoners’ Affairs Authority mentioned in a statement It is common that the arrest operations were concentrated in the governorates of Hebron, which affected 21 citizens, including prisoners who were recently released and re-arrested by the occupation, and Ramallah and Al-Bireh, accompanied by widespread raids and abuse, and severe beatings, in addition to widespread acts of sabotage and destruction of homes. < /p>

 

The statement added that the occupation forces stormed and searched the home of the family of prisoner Islam Hamed in the town of Silwad. He has been detained since 2015 and sentenced to 21 years in prison, as part of the “collective punishment” policy, which The occupation uses it against prisoners and their families. 

 

The statement indicated that the total number of arrests after the seventh of October amounted to about (8,800), and this total includes those who were arrested from homes, And through military checkpoints, and those who were forced to surrender themselves under pressure, and those who were held hostage.
