Maryam Al-Hudaibi enters the list of the top 50 players in the world table tennis rankings

Maryam Al-Hudaibi, the Egyptian table tennis player, succeeded in occupying 46th place in the world, according to the world rankings issued by the International Federation on Tuesday morning.

 

Maryam was able to occupy 46th place. With a score of 469 points, she jumped 30 places in the international rankings and became one of the top 50 players in the world.

This came after the Egyptian player’s brilliance in the African Cup competitions that were recently held in Kigali, Rwanda, during which she was able to win second place. And the silver medal.

Maryam succeeded in reaching the final match of the tournament without losing any game in all her matches. She was also able to defeat her compatriot Hana Jouda in the semi-final with a score of 4-0 before she narrowly lost to Dina Meshref in the final match. With a score of 4-3.

It is noteworthy that Maryam Al-Hudaybi’s best ranking was 40th in the world in May 2022.

The Egyptian player is preparing during the coming period to participate in the Croatia and Slovenia international championships with the national team in preparation To participate in the Olympic Games that will be held next July in Paris, the capital of France.
