The Minister of Education and Technical Education, Dr. Reda Hegazy, stressed the necessity of using barcode technology for question papers in the preparatory certificate exams to ensure their security and confidentiality, and to ensure the rights and interests of the student. He directed the need to continue the precise inspection procedures before entering the exams for the various stages and to ensure that Students should not possess any electronic devices (mobile phone, headphones, smart or electronic watches), in addition to warning invigilators to adhere to the instructions for exams and not to possess a mobile phone inside the committees at all.

Hegazy praised the opening of the International Public School in Faqous, as these schools are a distinguished educational model with international quality, with subsidized fees, as they grant the student an (IG) certificate, stressing that these schools will be expanded and another school will be established in The city of Zagazig in the coming period.
He stressed the necessity of regular student attendance, continuing to activate electronic absence, and restricting absence daily to the various educational stages, especially the preparatory and secondary stages, directing the activation of free lectures for students to benefit and help in achievement, and announcing them. Through the school.
In order to achieve order and discipline during the academic and educational process, the Minister stressed the continuation of activating the periodic book prohibiting the use of mobile phones during the educational process in all schools in the governorate.
