The Ministry of Construction has revised housing prices

Prices have increased slightly in most regions. The most significant is in the Altai Republic (from 114 to 131 thousand rubles per square meter) and the Jewish Autonomous Okrug (from 84 to 100 thousand rubles).

In the Tula region. Sevastopol, Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, Tyva, Yakutia, prices have decreased slightly. In St. Petersburg they have not changed.

The highest cost of housing is in Moscow (175 thousand rubles per sq.m.), St. Petersburg (165 thousand) and Primorsky Territory (160 thousand).

The cheapest housing is still in Kabardino-Balkaria. Here you can buy an apartment for an average of 46,160 rubles.

Indicators of the average market value of a meter are used to calculate the amount of social payments to citizens for the purchase or construction of housing from the federal budget, the Ministry of Construction explains.
