Jude Bellingham has again warmed the hearts of the nation following a moving engagement with a mascot before England’s game with Belgium.
Bellingham starred again for the Three Lions as his side drew 2-2 at Wembley on Tuesday evening, scoring a late equaliser with what was the last kick of the game in England’s final match of the international break.
While the midfielder has enjoyed a rise to stardom on the field, he has also won admirers for his attitude off it, often showing impressive leadership attributes despite being just 20 years old.
A touching moment on Tuesday night, which involved an on-pitch moment with his accomplice during the national anthems, only moved the feelings towards the Real Madrid star further.
It involved a young fan in a wheelchair, who Bellingham came out onto the pitch with, standing with them as the teams lined up before the game.

It was a wet night at Wembley, with the rain pouring for the majority of the game, making conditions difficult for two of the favourites for the European Championships this summer.
With the majority of the mascots wearing the purple-like shirts that England players donned during the game, the team walked out onto the pitch in jackets in preparation for the match.
The cold clearly started to have an affect on the youngsters, who beamed with pride as they walked onto the Wembley turf with their heroes.
Bellingham was last in the queue, but noticed the mascot he had come out with was feeling the wrath of the conditions a little more than him.
The midfielder responded by appearing to ask the mascot if he would like his jacket, receiving an nod in response before taking off his coat and laying it across the youngster’s wheelchair, which was embroiled by Manchester City’s logo.
The mascot beamed a wide smile in response, clearly taken aback by the events of the pre-match rituals.
The likes of John Stones and Phil Foden also gave their jackets to their respective mascots.
‘Throwing it down with rain and Jude Bellingham gave his coat to his mascot tonight, heartwarming,’ one fan posted on X, formerly Twitter, following the events. Another added: ‘Jude Bellingham giving his jacket to that kid is the most beautiful thing you will see today.’

In the game, Bellingham continued his good form with a late goal, his third for his country in what has been a stellar season at club level with Real Madrid.
The midfielder has netted 20 goals in 31 appearances in Spain this season on the back of his £113million move from Borussia Dortmund in the summer.
