"National state lands"Allocating a number of plots of land for Ministry of Electricity projects

Nasser Fawzi, Director of the National Center for State Land Use Planning, confirmed that the Center agreed to allocate a number of plots of land in various governorates to establish national projects for the benefit of the Ministry of Electricity.

 

Fawzi explained, according to a statement issued by the center, that it was approved to allocate a plot of land with an area of ​​3.03 km2 (592.6 km2) in the Matrouh Governorate district, south of the port of Jarjoub, and in the Sidi Barrani district, for the benefit of the Ministry of Electricity and Renewable Energy. To be used in the green hydrogen and green ammonia production and circulation project, and to allocate an area of ​​21.43 acres near the Aswan Reservoir to establish a 500 kV High Dam switchgear station.

 

It was also approved to allocate land areas for the establishment of electricity stations in the Minya Governorate in Beni Mazar and Naja Hammadi in Qena Governorate, and to allocate two plots of land of different sizes to establish a pumping and storage station for generating electricity in the Jabal Ataqa district, as well as allocating two plots of land for use as an airstrip and to establish expansions to the natural gas processing station in the area. Abu Madi in Dakahlia Governorate, in addition to allocating an area of ​​2.65 acres in the eastern desert area of ​​Dhahir, Samalut Center, to establish a power transformer station for the benefit of the Ministry of Electricity and Renewable Energy.< /span>

 

The director of the center said that an area of ​​land had been reallocated for the benefit of the Ministry of Electricity and Energy to establish a power station in the south of the village of Qabbala – Bahariya Oasis Center / Giza Governorate, and allocating land for use in establishing the new Dashlout transformer station, Dayrout Center village, Assiut Governorate.
