The Natural Confectionery Company announces a huge change to its popular lollies

The Natural Confectionery Company has announced a huge change to its popular range of jelly lollies, effective immediately.

From Wednesday, the confectionery company will be offering a ‘healthier’ range to its customers.

The new selection of lollies boast 50 per cent less sugar than most jelly lollies, according to a Natural Confectionery Co. spokesperson.

It will come in two flavours, Tropical Blast and Berry Wave.

The lollies come with a 4.5 Health Star Rating and no artificial colours, flavours or sweeteners.

Amy Richards, Senior Marketing Manager – Candy ANZ for Mondelēz, the mother company behind the popular brand, said she hopes to ‘redefine the snacking experience’.

‘With consumers becoming more focused on health and well-being, The Natural Confectionery Co.’s new range provides a treat which meets the growing demands for reduced sugar snacking options, while still delivering the taste and flavours that Aussies expect,’ she said.

The Natural Confectionery Co. is an Australian confectionery brand which launched in 1997 and is owned by Mondelēz International. The brand is famous for its iconic jelly lollies, including the popular Snakes, Party Mix, Sour Squirms and Dinosaurs.
