Molotov cocktails were thrown at the Russian Embassy in Vilnius twice, writes Delfi with reference to the Lithuanian police.

The attacks have been happening for two nights in a row. As a result of the attacks, the wall of the embassy was damaged. Who is doing this is still unknown. The police began an investigation.

Since the start of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, there have been several attacks on Russian embassies in different countries. In Tallinn, the representative office was pelted with eggs. In Bucharest at the gates of the embassy crashed the car – after that it caught fire.

The Russian Embassy in Chisinau was attacked twice: in October 2022, it abandoned firecrackers and put offensive inscriptions on the fence, and in August 2023, a car rammed the gate of the representative office.
