Selling The OC star Alexandra Jarvis becomes THIRD agent to QUIT their job at the Oppenheim Group’s Newport Beach office ahead of explosive season three premiere of the hit Netflix reality show

Selling The OC star Alexandra Jarvis has sensationally quit her job at famed realtor The Oppenheim Group’s Newport Beach office – becoming the third agent to walk out of their role ahead of the release of the third season of the hit Netflix show.

Despite appearing in the explosive trailer for the upcoming eight-part instalment, which is due to hit the platform on May 3, DailyMail.com can reveal that the 33-year-old luxury realtor has since parted ways with the business, along with fellow cast members Tyler Stanaland and Sean Palmieri.

Eagle-eyed fans have been busy speculating over Alexandra’s employee status at the company over the past week after they noticed her profile has been removed from the official website’s ‘meet the team’ page.

Now, The Oppenheim Group has confirmed that ‘she no longer works there’.

Taking to Reddit, one fan had asked: ‘Alexandra Jarvis left the Oppenheim Group? She doesn’t appear on their web anymore.

‘That would mean that three realtors of Selling the OC have left the group after season 3.’

Another said: ‘I didn’t understand the hate the group gave her. From the very first episode they all hated her. It makes sense she would leave.’

Although it remains unclear as to what prompted Alexandra’s departure from the company, the teaser for the new series appears to show her forming an alliance with Sean, who looks to be ousted by the group for allegedly ‘starting rumors’.

In a brief clip, she quips ‘it’s like they have a full time job trying to manipulate and twist things.’ It is not yet clear who she is referring to.

Trained employment lawyer Alexandra has been part of the Selling The OC cast since the show premiered in 2022.

In season two, she dramatically fell out with her colleague Alexandra Rose after growing increasingly uncomfortable with her former friend flirting with prospective clients.

Tensions then reached fever pitch after Rose, 29, discovered Alexandra had a meeting with one of their joint clients without her.

Speaking about their rift in an interview with People in September, Alexandra said she wasn’t surprised that their friendship turned sour.

She said: ‘Our relationship was very superficial, but we worked well together for a time. Then things changed.

‘Things happen, and some of that’s not going to obviously ever be on camera, but it needed to happen.’

She added: ‘It wasn’t a surprise, because of all of the events that happened.

‘I think everything was meant to be, and I just don’t think we’re meant to work together.’

DailyMail.com has contacted a rep for Alexandra and the Oppenheim Group to comment.

Last year, Tyler, 34, confirmed he had left the Oppenheim Group to return to work with his father John Stanaland at the rival real estate firm, Douglas Elliman.

At the time, the fifth generation realtor told People: ‘Leaving the Oppenheim Group wasn’t an easy decision, but is the right decision for me and my clients.

‘Not only am I joining my dad and brother at Douglas Elliman, I’m aligning with a brand that has unparalleled reach and presence in the market with a renowned network of agents and industry leaders.’

Tyler, who was married to actress Brittany Snow, also hinted that his future on Selling The OC is up in the air as a result.

He continued to the publication: ‘Selling the OC revolves around agents at the Oppenheim Group. As of today, I will be working at Douglas Elliman.’

Explaining his decision for leaving the company, Tyler stressed that it was strictly business – and that there is no bad blood.

In November, fellow Selling The OC realtor Sean, 29, confirmed he had also followed suit and quit the Oppenheim Group.

‘Unfortunately, the Oppenheim Group was not a culture fit for me and I’m really excited for the future as I just signed as a partner with an amazing, top-producing team and mentor, Steve Games, previous owner of Prudential California Realty and Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty,’ he told ET.

‘Our team recently just launched with Coldwell Banker West.

‘Returning to the serene atmosphere of San Diego County, where I first ventured from Florida to California, brings me great joy.

He continued: ‘I’m eager to explore the opportunities that lie ahead for my business and success in this vibrant community.’

Sean finds himself at the center of controversy in Selling The OC season three and the teaser shows him coming to blows with realtor Austin Victoria over a supposed rumor he has started – on top of his colleagues turning their back on him.

Despite being confronted by Austin, 32, in a blistering face to face, Sean remains calm and at one point even declares, ‘I’m sleeping like a baby because I have the truth.’
