AFL WAG Bec Judd leaves Victoria with her kids after declaring the state’s justice system is ‘well and truly obliterated’ after multiple teen criminals were set free on bail and home invasions in her ritzy suburb

Rebecca Judd has fled Victoria after declaring the state’s justice system is ‘well and truly obliterated’ following the news multiple teen criminals were set free on bail and several home invasions in her ritzy suburb of Brighton.

The footy WAG, 41, was spotted catching a flight out of Tullamarine Airport on Tuesday with her four children – eight-year-old twins Tom and Darcy, daughter Billie, ten, and Oscar, 12 – during the school holidays.

The model and influencer looked typically glamorous as she and her brood made their way to their departure gate.

The family appear to be heading somewhere cold as she wrapped up in a faux fur coat teamed with pink trousers and a tank top.

She accessorised with a pair of Golden Goose sneakers and a designer handbag.

Bec appeared to having a intense conversation on her phone as she strolled through the terminal with her clan.

Her husband, former AFL star Chris Judd, doesn’t appear to be joining the family on the trip.

It comes after Bec once again unleased on the Victorian government for its management of the youth crime wave plaguing Melbourne’s most affluent suburbs.

The state’s crime crisis was in the spotlight again over the weekend, after multiple headlines reported that child offenders had been released on bail in Victoria.

Among them were five minors that were charged and then set free after a leading police on a high speed car chase.

A 16-year-old was also accused of bashing a man with a baseball bat, yet was bailed for a third time in nine months.

Similarly, a 17-year-old with hundreds of prior charges was also arrested on Saturday in the ritzy suburb of Bayside on carjacking charges, but released on bail within hours.

Bec was enraged by the headlines and took to Instagram Stories to blast the Victorian government.

‘And so it goes on… and on…’, she wrote on Saturday next to the news headlines.

Bec also responded to the news of a violent home invasion in the upmarket suburb of Beaumaris, a stone’s throw from Bec’s $7.3million Brighton mansion. The victim was left in hospital.

‘And another… So sorry for the victim. I know it’s typical to say this but the system is well and truly obliterated,’ Bec wrote.

Just last week, a similar incident occurred at another Beaumaris home when three offenders broke in at about 1.30am on Monday and assaulted a 74-year-old man.

The victim was transported to hospital in a critical condition.

It’s not the first time Rebecca has publicly spoken about her concerns regarding the recent spike in youth crime plaguing Victoria.

In June 2022, Rebecca made headlines by saying she felt ‘unsafe’ in her mansion, after a spate of home invasions in her area.

Posting to Instagram, the WAG claimed the Victorian Government didn’t ‘seem to care’ about the ‘rapes, bashings and home invasions at the hands of the gangs in Bayside’.

‘I personally know two women who have experienced home invasions in Brighton in the last few weeks while they were at home,’ she said.

She also reposted CCTV footage of a group of young men lurking outside properties in her affluent suburb and claimed it made her feel ‘unsafe’.

The teenagers, who were allegedly armed with knives, were filmed lurking outside several properties in the Bayside area before crashing a stolen BMW into a tree.

In February the following year, Rebecca doubled down on her claim that Melbourne’s elite suburbs are under siege by criminals after a man’s luxury Mercedes was stolen with his pet dog still inside.

‘Same s***, different night. Yesterday the Queensland government announced big changes to youth offending laws due to community outrage. It’s time the Victorian government did the same,’ she wrote.

More recently, Rebecca called for Ms Allan to ‘fix the system’ last month, following the alleged murder of Dr Ashley Gordon by two teenagers.

Posting to Instagram at the time, Rebecca said it was sad to see how broken the justice system had become, and implored Ms Allan to lock offenders up.

‘This story is so sad. The justice system is broken. Fix this Jacinta Allan. Let this be your legacy,’ she wrote alongside a report of Dr Gordon’s death.

‘Until the “prevention first” strategy starts to work among teens (might take years. Might never work!), you must keep the community safe by locking up violent offenders.’
