Ukraine: Power outage to more than 200,000 subscribers due to Russian bombing

Ukraine announced a power outage to more than 200,000 subscribers following more than 10 missile strikes launched by Russia on the city of Kharkiv on Thursday morning. The official Ukrainian news agency (Ukrenform) quoted Oleksiy Kuleba, deputy head of the office
