investments, earnings, trusted person… he explains his fortune

The former champion of TF1’s lunch game, Paul El Kharrat, has just revealed in detail what he did with his money won in “Les 12 coups de midi.” So, high roller or not?

On October 10, 2019, after 153 broadcasts, the journey of Paul El Kharrat in The 12 strokes of noon – emission hosted by Jean-Luc Reichmann on TF1 – ends. He thus lost his title of Master of Midday and left with an exceptional prize pool of 691,522 euros. Since then, he has been one of the members of Big heads from RTL and he became Laurent Ruquier’s little protégé. But what did he do with all his money?

Paul El Kharrat rich: what did he do with his fortune?

Invited this month of April 2024 on the set of At Jordan’s, by host Jordan de Luxe, the former champion of TF1’s flagship TV game did not hesitate to answer the most indiscreet questions, particularly regarding money. Paul El Kharrat is not really the high roller type and therefore did not burn his money on a luxury car or designer clothes. “I didn’t spend all this money. It’s in several accounts”, he replied bluntly. More ant than cicada…

“People with big winnings to invest are always welcome at the bank. I have invested around 500,000 euros so that it brings in every month. And then, sometimes, even when I get fees for the shows that I do, they are directly placed in my current account, we move to a closed account so that it can grow (…) It’s my mother who takes care of that. If there are too many ‘money in the current account we will invest it otherwise it sleeps’, added the young man who can therefore count on his mother to manage his fortune with complete confidence.

What salary for Paul El Kharrat in Les Grosses Têtes?

Jordan de Luxe took advantage of his guest’s talkative side to ask him other questions regarding his financial situation, particularly after joining The Big Heads on RTL a few years ago now. Does the radio pay well for the young man, who we now know is single after a difficult breakup? “My fee was increased not too long ago thanks to my agent. It went from 330 to 400 per show. It’s not bad at all”he revealed.

And how much money does he currently have in his current account? “It must be around 4,000 euros. I don’t need to have much in my account and then if I really am, as young people would say: ‘in the hess’, I can always make transfers”he said, amused.
