Dubai roads transport 5.9 million passengers during the Eid Al Fitr holiday
Dubai, April 13 / WAM / The total number of passengers on public transport, taxis and shared transportation affiliated with the Roads and Transport Authority in Dubai during the Eid Al Fitr holiday, 1445 AH, in the period from “April 10 to 12”… 5 million and 900 thousand passengers.
The Roads and Transport Authority said that the number of metro passengers, with its red and green lines, reached 2,320,000 passengers during the holiday, while the number of tram passengers reached 115,000 passengers, the number of public bus passengers reached 1,200,000 passengers, and the number of marine transport passengers reached 416,000 passengers. Taxis transported 1,600,000 passengers, while the number of passengers via shared transportation vehicles reached 308,000 passengers.
