The Supreme Administrative Court of the State Council, "the first chamber competent to examine appeals" ruled… At its session held today, Monday, it rejected all appeals filed against the elections of the General Syndicate of Veterinarians, which were demanding the cessation of the elections for the General Syndicate and the midterm renewal of the General Syndicate Council and the sub-union councils at the republic level, which were held on March 6.
< p>These provisions are final and conclusive, and thus confirm the integrity of the electoral process and its results.
It is worth noting that the electoral process was carried out in accordance with the Law Establishing the Union No. 48 of 1969, the internal regulations of the Union No. 166 of 1970, and the decision of the Union Council dated 16 February 2024, and it took place under full judicial supervision, and 66 judges participated in the electoral process.
