Recovery training for participants in the summit against Al-Ahly
The players of the first football team of Zamalek Club, who participated mainly in Al-Ahly’s last match in the league, were content to engage in recovery exercises during today’s training session on Wednesday, which was held at the club’s stadium, in preparation for playing against Ghana’s Dreams in the first leg of the semi-finals of the Confederation Cup.< /p>
The team’s technical staff, led by Portuguese Jose Gomez, preferred to limit themselves to having the main players undergo recovery training, and not to participate in the technical section or the division for fear of being exposed to fatigue.
The Zamalek club’s first football team is preparing to play against Ghana’s Dreams in the first leg of the Confederation Cup semi-final, scheduled for next Sunday at Cairo International Stadium.
