Urgent.. A Republican decision to allocate lands in the Sinai Peninsula district to the Egyptian Future Development Authority
President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi issued Resolution No. 114 of 2024 allocating a portion of privately owned state-owned areas in the Sinai Peninsula, for the benefit of Egypt’s Future Authority for Sustainable Development. To be used in reclamation and agricultural activity.
These lands are: an area of approximately 42,898.16 acres, equivalent to (18,020,8034 square meters) in the area of the Suez and Ismailia governorates, east of the canal).
And (7) plots of land with a total area of approximately 87,361.49 acres in the Rabaa and Bir al-Abd regions of North Sinai Governorate, as follows: An area of approximately 10,539.99 acres, equivalent to (44,276,723 square meters).
An area of approximately 15,526.57 acres is equivalent to (65,224,524 m2).
And an area of approximately 5,678.44 acres is equivalent to (23,854,186 m2).
An area of approximately 33,867.27 acres is equivalent to (142,270,755 m2).
And an area of approximately 3,763.39 acres is equivalent to (15809359 m2). An area of approximately 11,330.74 acres is equivalent to (47,598,532 m2).
And an area of approximately 6,655.09 acres is equivalent to (27,956,928 m2). An area of approximately 351,864.14 acres is equivalent to (1478,122,492 m2) (of which an area of approximately 200,000 acres is cultivated in the Central and North Sinai area.
An area of approximately 68,422.37 acres, equivalent to (287,430,978 m2) is also allocated from privately owned state-owned areas in the Central District. And North Sinai for the Egyptian Future Authority, for use in various development activities.
