The first decision stipulated that building violations occurring on a plot of land in a tourist village in the first sector should be removed through the administrative road. On the northwest coast, which consists of building foundations, ground floor columns, and carpentry works, which were built without obtaining the necessary building permits.
The second decision also stipulated that the building violations located on a residential plot of land in the sixth residential district must be removed through the administrative road.
