Football Association and"FIFA" They organize a legal workshop on developments in international regulations

Dubai, April 18 / WAM / The UAE Football Association, in cooperation with the International Federation of the Football Association (FIFA), today in Dubai, organized a legal workshop that highlighted the latest developments regarding football legislation, regulations and laws governing the game at the international level, with the participation of an elite group of experts. In his opening speech, Mohammed Abdullah Hazzam Al Dhaheri, Secretary-General of the Football Association, welcomed the experts and participants, wishing them success and achieving the desired benefit from the workshop. Jan Klenner, Director of Football Regulation at FIFA, also gave a speech about the importance of following developments regarding the regulations and laws of the game. .
The first day of the workshop included a group of sessions that shed light on the latest developments in the legislation of the Football Court, some examples of football cases, a review of the latest legislation related to the Court of Arbitration for Sport, as well as the experience of the FIFA clearing house, and a lecture on the list of players’ agents.
The workshop activities will continue tomorrow, with the opening session starting at ten in the morning, and will be presented by Shadi Iskandar, the legal advisor to the UAE Football Association. In the second session, Hector Navarro will discuss international transfers for minor players under 18 years of age, and in the next session Andrea Menicino will talk about changing the eligibility of players.
