Saif Hani: We closed the African Super Cup page in preparation for the Cup Winners’ Cup
Saif Hani, player of the first handball team at Al-Ahly Club, confirmed that the team had closed the page on winning the African Super Championship, and began quickly preparing for the African Cup Winners’ Cup.
Saif Hani said that the team’s players had finished the celebrations of winning the title. The African Super Cup, although it is the most important tournament of the season, with its winner qualifying for the World Club Championship, in order to focus on the Cup Winners’ Cup, which represents great importance for the technical staff and players.
Saif Hani concluded that winning the African Super Cup is a strong incentive for the team to compete with all force for all tournaments.
Al-Ahly begins the African Cup Winners’ Cup competitions tomorrow, Friday, by facing the Algerian team Ain Touta in Tammam. It’s seven o’clock in the evening at Miloud Hadfi Hall.
