Dubai, April 19 / WAM / Dubai Airports urged travelers not to come to the airport unless their flight is confirmed by the airline they are traveling on, and asked them not to come early to the airport, and to arrive there only two hours before the flight departure time. .
In addition, Emirates Airlines decided to suspend travel procedures for all customers within its network who travel on connecting flights through Dubai, until 23:59 GMT on April 19, in order to support the recovery of operations after the recent weather conditions at its hub in Dubai.
The carrier stated in a statement that procedures for passengers and transit passengers already in Dubai will continue, and that customers traveling to Dubai as a final destination can complete their arrival procedures and travel as usual.
Emirates Airlines invited customers to check the latest updates to the flight schedule on its website, noting that customers can expect delays in departure and arrival flights.
The carrier advised customers affected by the cancellation of their flights to contact their travel agent or the Emirates Airlines call center to obtain rebooking options, noting that it is receiving a huge number of calls at the present time, and expressing its apologies if there is not an immediate response.
