The A13 motorway remains closed at least until Monday between Paris and Vaucresson
The A13 motorway will remain closed between Paris and Vaucresson (Hauts-de-Seine) at least until Monday April 22, in both directions, franceinfo learned Friday from the mayor of Saint-Cloud, Éric Berdoati. An 80 cm deep crack was discovered in some places. Traffic has been stopped since 11 p.m. Thursday.
“Infrastructure problems on the roadway were detected between the viaduct and the Saint-Cloud tunnel”, indicated Friday morning Sytadin, the road information site of the Île-de-France Roads Department (Dirif). The crack appeared Thursday evening on the roadway, Eric Berdoati told France Blue Paris. It is located just before the entrance to the Saint-Cloud tunnel and measures several meters long, a reporter from France Bleu Paris noted on site. The origin of this crack is currently unknown. Dirif agents are continuing their research.
The mayor of Saint-Cloud calls on motorists returning to Paris for the end of the holidays to take other highways and especially not to exit at the Vaucrusson bridge because this risks completely clogging up the center of Saint-Cloud.
