Ryan Garcia posts chilling final tweet before vow of silence until after his Devin Haney fight in New York tonight – following months of erratic and disturbing behavior

Ryan Garcia has tweeted for the final time before his hugely anticipated fight with Devin Haney on Saturday night – telling fans not to be scared by what he does in the ring.

Garcia, 25, tweeted three times on Saturday morning, saying: ‘Don’t be scared from what you witness tonight.

‘I’m not talking about me doing something to get DQ. Pure boxing. This is WAR.

‘KILL OR KILL NOTHING ELSE. See you at the fights. This would be an event like you never seen before. Next tweet will come soon after the fight.’

Garcia has previously broken his promises to either stop tweeting altogether, or just post about boxing in the build-up to Saturday night’s fight in Brooklyn.

On Friday, he weighed in at 3.2lbs over the cut-off line for his fight, meaning he had to pay Haney $1.5million after betting $500,000 with his rival for every pound he weighed over.

The 25-year-old took a vow of silence and said he won’t tweet until after his fight tonight

It marks months of continuously erratic behavior from Garcia, prompting may to think he needs saving from himself and to be pulled out of the fight.

Demonic possession, UFOs, and Garcia’s divorce from the mother of his newborn son are just some of the topics he’s touched upon on social media since early March, when he first set off alarm bells by claiming he was deceased with a slit throat.

Others have wondered if it is all part of an extremely elaborate act from Garcia to unsettle his opponent Haney – the favorite to win Saturday’s fight.

In an exclusive interview with DailyMail.Com this week, Haney insisted he was not feeling distracting by his rival.

‘I don’t look that deep into it,’ he said of Garcia’s behavior. ‘I let him do whatever he wants to do and just continue to focus on me.

‘Keep preparing, keep my blinders on, keep tunnel vision and let him do whatever he wants to do.

‘I don’t see it as an advantage or a disadvantage. Ryan Garcia is just another opponent for me, he’s just another person on my resume. And no matter what he does, it won’t change the outcome of the fight.

‘I don’t care for him whatsoever. He’s done a lot of things during this build-up and I’ve lost a lot of respect for him.’
