The exhibition lasts for 3 days and provides 800 job opportunities for more than 80 industrial, technological and service companies and employs 150 people of determination.

The exhibition, which is organized by the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Advanced Technology, the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, the UAE Talent Competitiveness Council “NAFES” and the ADNOC Group, continues daily from 9 am to 4 pm in the period from April 21 to 23, and aims to empower Emirati competencies by working in the sector. The Musaneen Exhibition for jobs in industry and advanced technology aims to provide more than 800 job opportunities for Emiratis in more than 80 industrial and service companies, and to provide various employment opportunities in addition to training opportunities coupled with employment in the most prominent training centers in the country.
It also aims to qualify and refine the skills of national competencies and help them obtain quality jobs in the sector. The “Manufacturers” exhibition also enhances industrial companies’ benefit from the capabilities and incentives provided by the “National Content” program, and links this to obtaining advantages and capabilities that also support localization.
For the first time, the exhibition aims to provide about 150 jobs for Emiratis of determination in industrial, technological and service companies, to enable them to highlight their skills and abilities, enhance their presence in the industrial and technological sector and enroll them in jobs and businesses appropriate to their abilities and potential.
The organization of the exhibition comes in line with the objectives of the National Strategy for Industry and Advanced Technology, “Project 300 Billion”, the “National Content” programme, and the “Made in the Emirates” initiative, in a way that enhances the role of companies, supports their work, enhances the role of Emirati talent in this sector, and gives them the opportunity to explore new horizons. His Excellency noted the expansion of the organization of the exhibition during the current year, and the aim of offering more than 1,000 new job opportunities, including more than 800 jobs in the current edition of the exhibition, in addition to many training programs that are directly linked to conducting immediate interviews for job seekers in order to facilitate the procedures for joining jobs. First session.
The first session of the “Manufacturers” exhibition for jobs in industry and advanced technology was held in October of last year, where the exhibition witnessed the participation of more than 3,000 young Emiratis, and immediate interviews and direct employment and training opportunities were held for national talent in more than 73 companies. An institution operating in the industrial and advanced technology sector in the UAE, the exhibition contributed in its first session by providing more than 500 job opportunities as a first stage.
