5 parliamentary recommendations for"Social Insurance Authority" To support small and medium enterprises

The Small and Medium Enterprises Committee in the House of Representatives, headed by Representative Mohamed Kamal Marhi, recommended 5 recommendations regarding simplifying procedures and resolving the obstacles facing owners of small and medium enterprises with the Social Insurance Authority, during the committee’s meeting today, which are as follows:

The Medium, Small and Micro Enterprise Development Agency and the National Social Insurance Authority, by holding a joint meeting and setting common rules and vision aimed at facilitating the owners of medium, small and micro enterprises wishing to legalize their status in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 152 of 2020, especially with regard to As follows: 

 Facilitating the procedures for participating in social insurance.

       

Reconsidering the value of social insurance contributions for the years prior to reconciliation of status and the possibility of linking it to the date of obtaining a reconciliation license.

     

Sending authorized representatives from Social Insurance to the one-stop-shop units in the Enterprise Development Agency and speeding up the completion of the network connection between the agency and the Authority.   

The Project Development Agency shall provide the National Authority for Social Insurance with definitions for projects in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 152 of 2020 for their application in the social insurance system to develop a method for linking the Authority and the Agency, provided that they are presented to the committee within 15 days from its date. .
