UAE University organizes the first forum for graduates of the College of Management and Economics

ABU DHABI, 1st May / WAM / The College of Business and Economics at the United Arab Emirates University organized the first forum for college graduates at the Marriott Al Forsan Hotel – Abu Dhabi, in the presence of a large number of administrative and academic leaders at the university. The forum included a symposium on artificial intelligence and anticipating the future, delivered by an elite group of Distinguished guests in the field in the labor market. Dr. Mohamed Madi, Dean of the College of Management and Economics, said that the forum comes within the framework of the university’s strategic objectives, and at the initiative of the Alumni Association of the College of Management and Economics, which was established recently, to enhance communication between graduates in the workplace and in various sectors and state institutions and between the college, to benefit from their scientific experiences and expertise. Practical and professional. He added that the college was keen to develop its academic programs and courses by offering master’s and doctoral programs in a number of specializations that keep pace with the needs of the labor market. The college offers five specializations in the bachelor’s program, three specializations in the master’s program, and one specialization in the doctorate program in business administration.

For his part, Dr. Ibrahim Al-Kuwaiti, President of the College of Management and Economics Alumni Association, indicated that the event is considered the first of the activities and events of the association, which includes a large number of graduates of the College of Management and Economics, including leaders, directors, department heads, workers in various sectors and industries, and those with competencies, with the aim of linking them to the college through communication. Practical programmes, workshops, training and development of professional skills and academic competencies, in cooperation with the Deanship of the College and institutions and departments in various sectors of the country, in addition to the services and benefits provided to male and female graduate members in training, qualification and professional development programmes.
