Risks which add to a possible terrorist threat. In mid-April, Emmanuel Macron gave some details concerning the “plan B”, even “C plans” developed for the opening ceremony of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games on July 26. In the event of a terrorist threat deemed high enough, the opening ceremony could be “limited to Trocadéro”or even relocated to the Stade de France, he said
