Billionaire chicken heiress Sue Ingham hopes for an $18million sale as she lists her lavish Sydney mansion

Sue Ingham has listed her glorious two-storey mansion in Sydney’s eastern suburbs.

The billionaire heir to the Inghams chicken wholesale empire is hoping to bag $18million on the swanky Darling Point pad which has hit the market without a price guide.

Boasting dazzling harbour views and located in one of the city’s most sought-after neighbourhoods, the heritage property features five bedrooms and four bathrooms.

Sue, who is the daughter of the late Ingham’s founder, Jack Ingham, bought the home in 2009 for $7.8million.

She is now wanting to downsize and is ‘seeking expressions of interest’ on the lavish ‘manor’.

Agent Michael Pallier of Sydney Sotheby’s International Realty revealed to Domain on Thursday that the Inghams could get a sale of $18million for the property.

Built in the early 1900s and located 4km from the CBD, the home is a delightful mix of modern elegance with Old World charm and quirky styling.

Highlights include a ‘Barbie pink’ front door which opens out to a grand foyer, a pool and a rooftop ‘viewing deck’ which offers stunning views of Sydney Harbour.
