President Assad: The supporters of terrorism in Syria and Iraq are those who support it elsewhere
Syrian President Bashar al-Assad said that the supporters of terrorism in Syria and Iraq are the same as its supporters in other places, no matter how many names these terrorist organizations have.
Bashar al-Assad added, during his meeting with the head of the Iraqi Popular Mobilization Forces, Faleh al-Fayyad, According to the Syrian News Agency (SANA), terrorism that adopts the method of killing and bloodshed is the same everywhere in the world, praising the steadfastness and strength of the Syrian and Iraqi armies, which were the basis for achieving successive victories against terrorists and their supporters.
The meeting discussed enhancing cooperation in the areas of combating terrorism, and effective coordination to control borders and pursue extremist organizations and their remnants that seek to target the security of the two countries.
