Conclusion of the Al-Thiqa Club training program for participants in the Sultan Youth Energy Award

Sharjah, May 7 / WAM / Yesterday, the Trust Club for the Disabled concluded the activities of the Scout Training Program for participants in the Sheikh Sultan Al Qasimi Award for Youth Empowerment, which came within the framework of the Club’s efforts to refine and develop the scouting skills of its members participating in the Award and lasted for three days.

The closing activities were witnessed by Her Excellency Sheikha Jameela bint Mohammed Al Qasimi, Chairwoman of Sharjah City for Humanitarian Services, who appreciated the efforts of the Al-Thiqa Club in improving the various programs that the club offers to its members with disabilities, and who affirmed her pride and happiness in what the club’s members with disabilities provide in expressing their talents and abilities.

For her part, Kaltham Obaid Al Matroushi, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Trust Club for the Disabled, thanked and appreciated Sheikha Jameela bint Muhammad Al Qasimi, President of Sharjah City for Humanitarian Services, for her visit and support for the program presented to our heroes from the Knights of Will in preparation for participation in the Sheikh Sultan Al Qasimi Award for Youth Energies.

She added that this visit has a major role in motivating the club members, raising their morale, and unleashing their energies for honorable representation and competing in the award. She also stressed that participating in the Sheikh Sultan Al Qasimi Youth Energy Award is a great opportunity for the club’s members with disabilities and people of determination to develop daily skills, energies, and talents. Which contributes to building a creative and productive personality, capable of dealing with future challenges.

Kaltham Al-Obaid also thanked the success partners supporting the program, which is the office of the International Federation of Disabled Persons, for its continued support of the program, as well as the Holiday Inn Hotel, which contributed to holding the closing ceremony of the program, which lasted for three days and included basic scouting skills, courses in first aid, and the implementation of the self-advocacy program and skills training. self-defense.
