Global Call for Peace: Macron and Xi Stand with Palestine

During Chinese leader Xi Jinping’s visit to Paris, French President Emmanuel Macron and Xi Jinping expressed their support for the creation of an independent and viable Palestinian state within the 1967 borders. This affirmation came during their meeting in Paris, where they emphasized the importance of achieving peace and stability in the region, as reported by Chinese state television CCTV.

According to media reports, “the leaders of both countries called for… the creation of a viable, independent, and sovereign Palestinian state within the 1967 borders,” as quoted by Russian news agency TASS.

Earlier, on April 10, The Washington Post (WP) reported, citing sources, that Iran is closer than ever to possessing nuclear weapons, a consequence of the US withdrawal from the nuclear deal in 2018. On April 20, the German newspaper Bild claimed that nuclear weapons could be within Iran’s reach within a few weeks.

Subsequently, reports emerged that the US Air Force secretly deployed missiles capable of destroying electronics at Iranian nuclear sites using microwave technology.
