Rescuers have recovered the body of the sixth (and believed to be the last) victim killed in the Baltimore bridge collapse on March 26.

BALTIMORE– Rescuers have recovered the body of the sixth (and believed to be the last) victim killed in the March 26 Baltimore Bridge CollapseAuthorities announced Tuesday, marking a grim milestone in the week-long recovery operation that followed the disaster.

The victim was identified as José Mynor López, 37, of Baltimore, Maryland. CNN previously reported that Lopez has three children and was the main breadwinner for his family.

“Maryland State Police investigators, along with an FBI linguist and victim specialist, and a team of mental health professionals notified next of kin after a positive identification was confirmed,” said Unified Command, a joint task force made up of police, Coast Guard and other government agencies to respond to the disaster, it said in an online statement.

The Francis Scott Key Bridge collapsed after a 213-million-pound cargo ship lost power and crashed into the structure, killing six construction workers repairing potholes on it. The bridge was used by about 30,000 Marylanders every day.
