The Armed Forces College of Medicine obtains international accreditation certificates for various specifications "ISO"
The College of Medicine of the Armed Forces obtained the ISO 21001 certificate for the year 2018, the management system for educational institutions for reviewing processes related to the quality of the educational process. It also obtained the ISO 22000 certificate for the year 2018, the food safety management system for reviewing all processes related to food manufacturing, in accordance with standards. And the requirements of the international ISO standard.
This comes within the framework of the Armed Forces’ keenness to improve the educational system within military colleges and institutes.
In this context, the college has renovated The previously obtained ISO certificates are ISO 9001 for the year 2015, the quality management system, ISO 14001 for the year 2015, the environmental management system, and ISO 45001 for the year 2018, the occupational safety and health management system.
The director confirmed College of Medicine of the Armed Forces, Major General Doctor Ayman Muhammad Shawqi, stated that the General Command of the Armed Forces was keen to provide the capabilities to develop the educational and research system within the college.
