Prime Minister Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, during the meeting he held today, Wednesday, followed up on the steps for managing and operating the Central Business District in the New Administrative Capital, in the presence of Dr. Assem Al-Gazzar, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, and Dr. Abdel Khaleq Ibrahim, Assistant Minister for Public Affairs. technical, and engineer Amin Ghoneim, Vice President of the New Urban Communities Authority for City Development, and project consultants.
Councilor Muhammad Al-Homsani, the official spokesman for the Council of Ministers, stated that the central business district in the new administrative capital, which is being implemented by the New Urban Communities Authority In cooperation with the Chinese company “CCS”, it includes 20 towers, including the iconic tower, the tallest tower in Africa, noting that these towers have multiple uses, including hotel, administrative, commercial and residential activities, and were implemented on a global level, and this project is considered unique in design. And implementation and business volume.
Al-Homsani explained that the Prime Minister directed the need to benefit from international expertise in managing and operating global financial and business centers, with the need to work to attract foreign investments for this distinguished project, which is considered a distinguished landmark in the New Administrative Capital.
The official spokesman for the Council of Ministers said that the meeting witnessed a review of the proposed plan for managing and operating the central business district in the New Administrative Capital, and the mechanisms for promoting and attracting global investments for this huge project, which is comparable to the largest financial and business centers in the world.
