Jordanian Ambassador: President Sisi and King Abdullah have established a solid framework for relations between the two countries

 The Jordanian ambassador to Egypt and his permanent representative to the Arab League, Ambassador Amjad Al-Adayleh, confirmed that President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi and his brother, the Jordanian King, King Abdullah II, have established a solid framework and an integrated vision for Egyptian-Jordanian relations, based on common interests, permanent coordination, and solidarity in dealing with various matters. The challenges and repercussions of the crises taking place in the region and the world.

 

Ambassador Al-Adayla said – in a statement to “A SH” – that President Sisi’s reception, today, Thursday, of Jordanian Prime Minister Dr. Bishr Al-Khasawneh, prior to the higher meetings of the joint Egyptian-Jordanian committee, confirms the direct support and follow-up that President Sisi is giving to the course of relations and aspects of cooperation with the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, stressing that the verbal message that Al-Khasawneh conveyed from King Abdullah II to his brother, President Sisi, is complementary to this mutual concern for the progress of… Strong, historical, established relations whose model we are proud of at the Arab and regional levels, and which indicate a better future for this fraternal relations and this model of cooperation and strategic coordination that goes beyond the issues of the bilateral framework to Arab and international issues, given the status, presence and role of the two countries.

&nbsp In this context, Al-Adayleh pointed out that the message carried by Dr. Al-Khasawneh, with regard to Arab issues, poured into the joint efforts of Egypt and Jordan towards the Palestinian issue, and their continued cooperation with the Arab brothers and the active forces on the international scene to intensify Efforts aimed at immediately and permanently stopping the Israeli aggression against the Gaza Strip, and delivering comprehensive and sustainable humanitarian aid to our Palestinian brothers.

 

Al-Adaileh reiterated the principles of the joint Egyptian-Jordanian position of rejecting any attempts to displace Palestinian brothers or create any conditions for their forced displacement from the Gaza Strip and the West Bank, and the two countries’ warnings against any attempts to impose aggressive behavior on Israel that would produce a new catastrophe in the Palestinian Rafah. On top of the war that the Gaza Strip is suffering from, Jordan and Egypt call on the international community to intensify their efforts to intervene to stop it and end the humanitarian catastrophe in Sector.

 

Ambassador Al-Adayla expressed great appreciation to the Egyptian government, headed by Dr. Mustafa Madbouly, for all the efforts made to host and successfully hold the work of the 32nd session of the joint Egyptian-Jordanian Higher Committee.

 

Al-Adayla praised the constructive cooperation and high-level coordination provided by all Egyptian state institutions, and the role of the Minister of International Cooperation, Dr. Rania Al-Mashat, in the meetings held in the Administrative Capital over three days, in Its technical, ministerial and higher preparatory levels were headed by the prime ministers of the two brotherly countries, and were successfully concluded today.

 

Al-Adayla stressed that the broad presence of ministers from both sides witnessed in the meetings of the Joint Higher Committee, The fraternal dialogue between the officials of the two countries in meetings at various levels, the regularity of the committee’s meetings without interruption, and its positive results in the various paths of joint relations, confirm the keenness of the governments of Egypt and Jordan, and in compliance with the direct directives of King Abdullah II and his brother, President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, to advance everything possible. Efforts and investment of all opportunities to serve the relations and interests of the two countries and their brotherly peoples.
