The modern pentathlon trio qualified for the semi-finals of the World Cup in Bulgaria in the men’s competition

The trio of the Egyptian modern pentathlon team qualified for the semi-finals of the World Cup which was hosted by Bulgaria.

Where Mohannad Shaaban, Moataz Wael, and Mohamed El Gendy were able to qualify in the men’s competition.

 

Al-Jundi qualified after occupying sixth place in the third group with a total of 1,149 points, while Moataz Wael qualified after occupying fourth place in the first group with a total of 1,148 points, and Muhannad Shaaban after occupying eighth place in the same group with a total of 1,144 points.< /p>

 

On the other hand, the players of the women’s modern pentathlon national team were able to qualify for the semi-finals of the tournament with full marks.

 

Heidi Adel and Malak Ismail were able to qualify for the semi-finals in the second group, where Heidi came in eighth place with 1055 points, while Malak Ismail came in ninth place with 1054 points.

 

In the third group, Salma Abdel Maqsoud was able to qualify after she came in fifth place with 1063 points, and Amira Qandil also qualified after she came in ninth place with 1059 points.
