Representative Ibrahim El-Deeb, a member of the House of Representatives, announced the inclusion of an Azhari secondary institute within the investment plan of Al-Azhar Al-Sharif for the current fiscal year, in the village of Balqina in Gharbia Governorate, more than 28 years after the decision to allocate the land was approved for the first time.

A member of the House of Representatives in Gharbia Governorate continued: " The village does not have a secondary institute, and more than one request has been submitted since the beginning of the second legislative term to all relevant concerned authorities, whether the governorate or the Sheikhdom of Al-Azhar, and in light of the political leadership directing attention to the educational system, whether general education or Al-Azhar, there was a response from Al-Azhar to The institute was included in the investment plan of Al-Azhar Al-Sharif, and excavation work has already begun during the past two days.
