The Ministry of Health and Population announced the provision of 34 million and 475 thousand and 868 free medical services within 22 days, since the start of the third edition of the & laquo campaign; 100 days of health & raquo;, which started on Tuesday 15 July 2025, in the framework of working to improve health services provided to citizens in various parts of the Republic.
The campaign comes in implementation For the directives of Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Deputy Prime Minister for Human Development, Minister of Health and Population, and his affirmation of the importance of strengthening national health initiatives, and its role in raising the efficiency of the health system and achieving comprehensive health coverage. Its services with the participation of 12 different sectors, where each sector had an integral role in implementing the campaign and achieving its health and development goals, and according to this cooperation, the campaign provided 741 thousand and 334 services through the basic care sector. The & laquo campaign; 100 days of health & raquo; It provided 441 thousand and 186 services through the therapeutic care sector, in addition to providing 110 thousand and 789 services within the presidential initiatives for public health, and the Preventive Medicine Sector also provided 101 thousand and 417 services. Until the campaign provided 50 thousand and 834 services through the units of the General Authority of Hospitals and Educational Institutes, while the Initiative to Support Mental Health & Laquo; 10 thousand and 447 services, and the campaign also provided 218 thousand and 100 services through the hospitals of the General Authority for Health Insurance. The ambulance authority provided 5 thousand and 653 emergency services, while 104 thousand and 467 services were provided through the hospitals of the Specialized Medical Centers, and specialized medical councils issued 10 thousand and 470 treatment decisions at the state’s expense, in addition to conducting two thousand and 6 operations within the waiting lists, while the hospitals of the medical institution provided 14 thousand and 533 services.
and continued & laquo; Abdul Ghaffar & Raquo; That the & laquo campaign; 100 days of health & raquo; Awareness and health education services provided 93 thousand and 832 citizens, through community communication teams spread in public areas, clubs, and commercial centers (malls) in various governorates, with the aim of raising health awareness and directing citizens to benefit from the services provided by the campaign, as well as organizing educational seminars and various awareness activities.
