Khaled Mohamed Omar Raslan obtained a Bachelor of Engineering from Menoufia University in ۱۹۹, and began his career with the Natural Gas Projects Company (Egypt Gas in the year ۱۹۹۸), and he was included in positions within the company, before he held the position of general manager of assistant installations and chimneys, then the Director General of the South Upper Egypt region, which is the region that he continued to manage since the year ۲۰۱۷.
