A 42-year-old divorcee has shockingly revealed she has never had sex despite having previously been married.
Rhasha from Jacksonville, Florida is among the cast of the upcoming new TLC reality show Virgins, which follows four adults who have yet to experience sexual intercourse, as they navigate love, intimacy, and self-discovery in their 30s and 40s.
In a clip shared exclusively with Daily Mail, Rhasha explained that she’s never had any sexual experiences or even dated men casually – and only married her ex-husband to help get him a green card.
Explaining why she has been stunted in the bedroom, she said that she is a ‘late bloomer’ due to a lack of self-confidence.
‘I wasn’t attracted to guys or seen him sexually till I was like in my mid-20s,’ she said. ‘I think it was just being overweight and not having confidence in myself.’
Speaking in her confessional, she continued: ‘I’ve always been a big girl.
‘Being overweight definitely affected me meeting men because I didn’t think that I was attractive to men, so I didn’t get approached by guys.’
Rhasha was married to a man for 10 months, although she confirmed that there was no sexual relationship in the partnership.

The 42-year-old has sought the help of a sex therapist to help her lose her virginity
Opening up about the painful relationship to a professional, she described the failed nuptials as a disaster.
‘I am a divorced virgin and that is the truth,’ Rhasha added.
‘He was an international student from South Korea, but he was living in Minnesota at the time.
‘We met on a dating app online and we matched. We were in touch for about four to five years, just texting and messaging.
‘But he was so sweet and made me laugh, so when he told me that he didn’t want to go back to his home country, I didn’t want him to either.
‘So, I wanted to help him because I thought I was in love with him.’
Rhasha is now on a mission to lose her virginity and has sought the help of a professional sex therapist.
Speaking to her therapist, she said: ‘I have so much love to give and I’m such a nurturing person, but I don’t know if I want to get married because I was before and that was a debacle, okay.’

Virgins premieres Monday, June 9 at 9PM ET/PT on TLC
Rhasha is one of four virgins who are ready to explore their sexuality and intimacy in TLC’s upcoming new series.
Set to premiere on the network on June 9, the show also follows Deanne, an ambitious 35-year-old virgin with high standards and quick to dismiss any man she meets; Alex, a 34-year-old living in his parents’ attic; and Sonali, a 37-year-old who has barely dated and has never inserted anything into her vagina.
The series is described as a ‘wild, warm, and wonderfully awkward ride with four adults who have yet to experience sexual intercourse, as they navigate love, intimacy, and self-discovery in their 30s and 40s.’
‘After years of missed connections and dating horror stories, these late bloomers are done playing it safe,’ the official synopsis adds.
‘They’re stepping outside their comfort zones and taking big swings to finally go all the way, emotionally and physically.
‘From navigating awkward first dates to exploring a bondage class and working with an intimacy partner they’re putting it all on the line in hopes of finally sealing the deal.’
