Flight to Australia urgently diverted mid-journey after onboard mechanical problem
An Air New Zealand flight has been diverted to Sydney due to a mechanical issue on the plane mid-journey.
Flight ANZ175 from Auckland to Perth diverted near the northern part of Tasmania and is now headed for Sydney.
