Man Delivering Taylor Swift Deposition Papers Reportedly Arrested At Travis Kelce’s Home
A man has been arrested for criminal trespassing after allegedly attempting to deliver Taylor Swift deposition papers at Travis Kelce’s home, Star Magazine reports.

According to a Leawood Police Department report, 48-year-old Justin Lee Fisher — a former police officer turned private investigator — was detained around 2 a.m. on September 15 inside Kelce’s gated Kansas property. The incident was reported by Kelce’s head of executive protection, employed by a Nashville-based security firm.
The arrest came just two days after a federal judge denied actor Justin Baldoni’s request to depose Swift in the ongoing defamation and sexual harassment lawsuits between Baldoni and Blake Lively.
The details of the incident were not included in the one-page document stating in bold letters: “This information is restricted as to use and dissemination”.
Court documents obtained confirm Fisher has been formally charged with scaling the fence of a private residence inside Kelce’s gated neighbourhood.
When reached for comment, Fisher told Star via text: “I’ll be happy to talk to you about it when it is resolved. [I] wasn’t hurt or anything besides being arrested for doing my job and possibly losing my [private eye] license”.
Fisher declined to elaborate further. He is scheduled to appear in Leawood Municipal Court on October 15.
Records show Fisher served with the Fort Scott, Kansas Police Department from 2013 to 2021, later working part-time in law enforcement until 2023. His license was revoked for five years following a domestic incident with his wife, according to a Kansas Commission on Peace Officer’s Standards and Training consent decree.
Fisher is currently registered as a private investigator with the Kansas Attorney General’s Office, though he operates without a public-facing business name or website. It remains unclear how he became involved in the high-profile legal dispute between Baldoni and Lively.
The legal battle between Justin Baldoni and Blake Lively began in December 2024, when Lively accused her It Ends With Us co-star of sexual harassment on set. She also claimed Baldoni, who directed the Colleen Hoover adaptation, orchestrated a smear campaign against her.
Baldoni later filed a countersuit against Lively, her husband Ryan Reynolds, and their publicist, alleging defamation and extortion. That lawsuit was dismissed in June.
